Welcome to the Body Gossip website!

Body Gossip is a campaign which invites everyone in the UK to write something about their body and send it to us. We then pick a selection of the pieces you send to be performed in live events by our celebrity cast, made into short films for our YouTube channel, or to be published in our Body Gossip book

We want your story! Regardless of your gender, age, race or sexuality – Everyone has a body and everyone can contribute to our campaign.

Brianna from 'Gok's Teens: The Naked Truth', Gok Wan's new Channel 4 documentary, wrote her story and it was made into a Body Gossip short film performed by Zaraah Abrahams, Cerrie Burnell, Natalie Cassidy and Nikki Grahame - watch Brianna's Story here.

We’ve received stories about ageing, adolescence, pregnancy, parenthood, illness, injury, sports, tattoos and piercings, ethnicity, eating disorders, plastic surgery, hair, teeth, feet – And those are just a few of the things you can write about!

You can write a poem, up to 1,500 words of prose, a piece of dialogue, or a rap. It can be funny, inspiring or an angry rant – The only boundary is your imagination!

So tell us about YOUR body, or how you feel about other people’s bodies, or the bodies we see in the public eye and your story could be chosen to be our story of the week, performed by our celebrity cast, made into a short film or published in our forthcoming book!

You can also learn about our Education Programme, Gossip School, about our University Project Body Gossip on Tour, or keep up to date with the latest news in our Blog.

Lots of love,
